These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hlknasalstrips.com and your business relationship with Quanzhou Honglinkai New Material Co., Ltd. ("HLK"). By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Specifications

All product specifications, images, and descriptions on this Site are for informational purposes. HLK reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. Final specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice or purchase agreement.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and are specified per product.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). Alternative payment terms (L/C, OA) may be negotiated for established customers.

4. OEM and Custom Orders

  • Custom/OEM orders require a separate development agreement.
  • Sample development fees are refundable upon bulk order placement.
  • Client must approve final samples before mass production begins.
  • Custom packaging artwork must comply with destination country regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are specified in the proforma invoice. HLK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Quality and Returns

  • All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.
  • Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • HLK will replace or refund defective products, subject to investigation.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom/OEM products unless due to manufacturing defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is the property of HLK or its licensors. Custom product designs and packaging created for clients remain the intellectual property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

HLK's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. HLK is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with Chinese law.
