What is the MOQ for OEM / private-label orders?
Standard products start at 500 boxes — a low entry point for a certified manufacturer. Fully custom packaging (printed boxes, display units) starts at 5,000 boxes. Tell us your launch plan and we will find a workable structure.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. HLK operates its own 3,500 m² production base in Quanzhou, China, with 5 automated lines and 2M+ units monthly capacity. You buy factory-direct — no trading-company markup — with full visibility into materials, QC and lead times.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for distributors?
Yes. Alongside OEM/private label, we supply our stock HLK product range at tiered wholesale prices for importers, distributors and retailers. Mixed-SKU orders are welcome, and exclusive territory agreements are available for qualified distributors.
Can I start with wholesale and move to private label later?
Absolutely. Many distributors start with our stock range to test their market, then upgrade to private label packaging once volumes justify it. The transition is seamless — same production lines, same QC standards, same account manager.
How fast can I get samples?
Standard samples ship within 1–3 days and are free for qualified buyers. Custom OEM prototypes take 3–5 business days to develop; most clients receive them within 1–2 weeks including express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
Can you print my logo, flag, or custom artwork on the strips?
Absolutely. We support full-color custom printing — national flags, team logos, brand patterns — directly on the strip fabric. Send your high-resolution artwork and our in-house design team adapts it to the strip shape free of charge.
Which compliance documents do you provide?
CE (EU MDR 2017/745) technical file, ISO 13485 certificate, SGS test reports, MSDS & COA, REACH and PFAS-free statements, plus FDA facility registration. Full documentation is available for your regulatory submissions.
Can you support UDI and EU MDR registration requirements?
Yes. We supply Basic UDI-DI information on request, along with the technical documentation your EU authorized representative needs for MDR device registration and EUDAMED listing.
What are typical lead times and shipping terms?
Mass production runs 7–15 days after sample approval. We ship worldwide under EXW, FOB (Xiamen/Shanghai), CIF, or DDP — including duty-paid DDP solutions for the US, EU, Brazil, and the Middle East.
