In 2026, Omar Al-Mansoori visited HLK factory in Quanzhou to bring nasal strips and mouth tape into the Gulf Cooperation Council market - one of the fastest-growing health and wellness regions worldwide. After touring the 5,000-square-meter production facility, the HLK team hosted him for an evening dinner where the strategic partnership took shape. His initial order covers nasal strips and sleep mouth tape, with face tape and kinesiology tape planned for a follow-up container.

The first shipment is structured as a mixed 20-foot container: 15,000 units of breathable nasal strips and 10,000 units of sleep mouth tape, all produced as private-label goods under Omar’s own brand. HLK’s R&D team prepared Arabic-and-English dual-language packaging and custom-printed pouches so the products meet Gulf retail expectations out of the box. Because the GCC wellness channel moves quickly, HLK committed to a 25-30 day production lead time and held buffer stock of the core SKUs to support Omar’s recharge orders.

For the follow-up container, Omar is evaluating HLK’s private label face tape and cohesive kinesiology tape, both manufactured on the same ISO 13485-certified lines that supply European pharmacy clients. He also reviewed HLK’s CE and ISO 13485 documentation during the visit, confirming the certificates apply at the product level rather than as generic company claims - a detail that matters for customs clearance across the UAE and the wider Gulf.
