Since 2023, HLK R&D team has worked directly with Lim specifications to develop a sweat-resistant adhesive formula optimized for over 85 percent humidity and over 32 degrees Celsius ambient temperature (HLK internal environmental-spec validation). The formula increases zinc oxide content to boost grip without skin irritation - a delicate balance that took three iterations to perfect.
The partnership has grown beyond nasal strips. AsiaSport Distribution now carries HLK mouth tape, sports kinesiology tape, and sleep patches across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Lim feedback loop with our R&D team continues to drive product improvements - including a recent reformulation that increased adhesive hold time by an additional 15 percent in humidity chamber testing.
